Client must provide accurate and detailed measurements of existing space, walls and furniture that will remain within the space in order for the layout options to be feasible
Floor plan layout will be sent to Client via email
Price per one 400 sqft. Space
Phone calls/ texts are available during normal business hours
Payment submittal begins turn around time
Site visits are available for a $40 per/hr rate within a 30 mile radius (for further, rates apply)
 
You’ve got the furniture, but you are stuck with trying to make your space functioning and look good. Perhaps you have an odd-shaped room or a sectional that doesn’t quite seem to fit the way you have it now. Whatever the case, this package is perfect for you. I’ll create a floor plan layout for you to try out in your space and if we need to make some adjustments, I gotcha one more time. 
 
With this service, I’ll require as many photos as it takes to get a clear vision of your space. In addition to the photos, I’ll also need accurate and detailed measurements of all walls, furniture, structures, etc. that will remain in the space. Finally, I’ll also need a rough sketch of your layout space and walls. No worries - a pencil and paper sketch works perfectly fine.
