Designer will provide the Client with an itemized extensive purchase order list of furniture, finishing touches such as lamps, plants, table decor, etc., as well as paint selections and finishes.
Designer will place the order for the Client upon approval
Note: If Client needs to break up purchases, Designer will make up to 3 purchase dates
Price per one up to 400 sqft. space (for larger spaces, rates may apply)
Phone calls/ texts are available during normal business hours
Payment submittal begins turn around time
Site visits are available for a $40 per/hr rate within a 10 mile radius prior to booking (for further, rates apply)

This really is the ‘done for you’ package. Perhaps you’re too busy for any of it or have no clue what to do. With this package, I do it all for you. I’ll start with an idea board that you approve so I can get started on transforming your space. Maybe you want an accent wall or floating shelves in addition to decorating. We got that, too. (For larger cosmetic projects, *i.e. Painting, accent walls, floating shelves, etc., a supplemental fee applies). Then I’ll scout items in stores as well as online if need be, and with prepaid money from you or cash for store purchases, or approval before making online purchases, I get it all for you where you literally walk into a room that is done for you and you don't even have to lift a finger. If it’s furniture from online- we assemble it. Install days are on Fridays but we come, do our thing and leave the space better than when we arrived, each and every time. You’ll enjoy seeing the progress that each install day brings till it’s complete.
For construction or cosmetic changes, designs and/ or alterations, Designer will either source appropriate contractors or give a supplemental quote for services that can be provided by Designer. Any contractor fee will be supplemental. (i.e. painting, custom shelves, accent walls, mantles, etc.)
With this service, I’ll require just a few inspo pics to get us started as well as cash, prepaid monies, and a credit card for online purchases. No worries. Your info will be safe and secure and online purchases will only be made with your approval. All and any receipts will be secured until the completion of the space and then turned into you. Any online purchase receipts will immediately be forwarded your way as soon as the order is placed.
Current estimated turnaround time for this service is 4-8 weeks. Upon payment submittal, turnaround time begins. All and any payments made to Chris & Sal Design are non-refundable unless otherwise excused by the Designer in writing.
